Just like their name suggests, British duo TENDER makes some of the most sensual, delicate pop out . With two EPs to their name already, we've gotten a good chance to know their dark, synth-heavy sonic elements working together flawlessly, and their new single, "Outside", is no exception to this. With it, the pair has once again incorporated their brilliant instrumentation with their crooning vocals to craft a track that is endlessly creative and mystical all the same. In addition to the new single here, the act has announced they've signed to Partisan Records, so hopefully, this means another new project is on the way.
