TENDER is a brand-new little-info act from London that just uploaded their debut track, "Legion", only two hours ago, and the only details they've given us about themselves is the fact they're "a core group of lifelong friends operating out of bedroom studios". As shrouded as they are right now, though, their first original track suggests that they've some decent potential, and we think that you're going to dig their psychedelic-leaning, Broken Bells-like sound on their first-ever track.
