It's always a good sign when a band keeps releasing music on a steady basis and you never get sick of their sound. TENDER is an act doing these things right now, and with "Design", the latest track from their upcoming third EP, III, the London pair is once again giving us—through their funk-infused soul sound—reason to keep expecting great music from them.
