TENDER has been slowly filling in the frame of their debut EP, Armour, since they popped up a couple months ago, and after releasing three of its five silky tracks in succession (each being better than the one that came before), they’ve finally brought out “Bleed” and “Belong” to top the project off. The British duo’s work is potent with Oh-Wonder-sounding vibes, and, really, though they’re said to be from a bedroom studio, their sound is anything but simplistic. The feel of tracks like “Legion” and “Melt” is carried over to the new cuts, and, ultimately, it’s one that we’re quite fond of. A delicate coalescence of deep, and, at times, choppy synths, potent, dynamic percussion, and a surprisingly exuberant set of vocals is what Tender continues to put out, and, with each new listen of their work, it becomes more obvious that it won't be fading anytime soon.
