We only just came across TENDER, a UK act we know very little about, this past Saturday, and, already, the newcomers are giving us their second track, "Armour", which just might impress even more than their first. You can tell with this new track of theirs that they're not just going to be an experimental project on the side, but that there's true potential here, and that they ought to be taken very, very seriously from now on.
