While most psych-rock acts these days get unfairly compared to Tame Impala, we feel that Temples should NOT be lumped into this group. We get that they make similar-sounding music, but as we all know, ideas get recycled and there is nothing new under the sun. So while Temples may still be in the shadows of this genre (compared to Tame Impala), we have a good feeling that when their debut album, Sun Structures, drops early next year on Fat Possum, things will change for them in a big way.
