We've yet to cross paths with the music of the Paris-based four-piece collective, Teach Kids Manners, but with their debut EP finding its way into our ears this morning, we're met with a body of work that's fit for fans of electronic-led production and soul-dipped, R&B-tinged vocals. Of course, escaping the Chet Faker vocal comparisons here with lead vocalist Gillian Lun is near-impossible, but there's even more to be had with this four-track EP, as bold, washed-out melodies and extravagant sounds give rise not only to Gillian's stunning voice, but also the female vocals of Louise Mora, who rounds out their sound with the softening timbre she provides. As our highlights will indicate below, this group deserve a good listen, so if you're going to expand your listening library today, we suggest you start with Teach Kids Manners and their superb debut EP, HTKM.
