"Tears", the new single from UK production duo TC4, is yet another example of why the Brits have been leading the way in the current wave of house-soaked pop music. Occupying the darker side of the pop spectrum, the track captivates immediately with its seductive vocals of Onyda' reminiscent of someone like Kiesza's while still managing to retain TC4's own take on the genre. Despite their diminutive discography, TC4 shows they're adept at creating a pop song worthy of radio play with "Tears", and they prove, too, that the less-is-more approach is a powerful when one crafting a catchy chorus for us all.
