Drake's last album, Nothing Was The Same, is just over a year old now, and still, the album and its iconic cover is relevant today, as Ohio-based producer TAPES is keeping the album's tracks going with Songs To Drake Up To, a six-track EP that remixes some of its best songs and also sees some inspiration from Ta-ku's Songs To Break Up To. Of the six tracks released on the EP, we immediately took to "Tried To"—a remix of the Rihanna-featuring "Take Care"—and unlike the rest of the interpretations, the effort's more dance-oriented with its infusions of house-leaning synth melodies.
