TĀLĀ's debut EP, Alchemy, is shaping up to be one of the year's most impeccable and boundary-pushing projects of the year. With each track that's so far been released from it, we've been exposed to a sound that really can't be boxed into any one genre, and even though you could say her sound has floated around the experimental realm, the newest track to emerge to emerge from the body of work today, "Unfinished Business", sounds like her first foray into something that could be considered drum & bass, interestingly enough. Of course, her effort is not just a basic exploration into the sound, because when you've got TĀLĀ's artistic, Middle East-accented flavor tossed into it, you've sonic wonder that's anything but normal.
