When two of the most massive around pair up together, the result can be nothing but fierce, and, after a slew of tweets and Instagram posts back and forth to one another hinting at a potential collaboration, both TĀLĀ and BANKS have revealed their commanding collaboration, "Wolfpack." Both women have had impressive releases as solo artists; BANKS' debut LP, Goddess, is just over a year old, while TĀLĀ is currently working toward her own first album, but has sated fans with two EPs. On "Wolfpack", however, the two women are ready to show the world their fangs as a formidable, amazing-sounding pair. "Wolfpack" is a curation of both ladies' artistry, individuality, and strength as musicians, and the track itself is glitchy, bouncy, and aligns itself with the R&B sound that TĀLĀ and BANKS have trademarked. The lyrics of the song are notable as well. BANKS and TĀLĀ refrain back and forth, calling out artists who attempt to imitate their artistry and do so in a disrespectful manner.
