TĀLĀ has just about hit for the cycle with us here at HD, with each and every one of her eccentric songs finding its way effectively onto the site. We first noticed the British talent with her wooing and unconventional-sounding premiere, “The Duchess”, and now, several songs later, we've come to see the next stop on her artistic odyssey: the title track of her upcoming EP, “Alchemy". With an arsenal that already includes The Duchess EP(a three-pronged debut compilation that has amassed nearly 500,000 plays on SoundCloud [and rightfully so, might we add]), TĀLĀ is well ahead of her contemporaries. To be sure, “Alchemy’s” salient vocals and crescendoing progression are some of the most exciting exhibited today, and her upcoming project tantalizes as a result.
