"Mi Amor" has all the ingredients for a classic chillwave track. There are the fast paced shuffling drums, an elating major chord synth chord progression, and a floating female vocal sample. Mi Amor basically defines chillwave albeit on the fast-paced end of the chillwave spectrum. Additionally this track reminded us of a remix we had been meaning to post for a long time but had held on to so to not flood the internets with another "Attracting Flies" remix. It's surprising that it hasn't gathered more attention even without us posting it. T.H.I.E.F.S crank the energy level up compared to the relatively chill "Mi Amor" with this electric rework.
