It's been a bit of time since SYRE has shared any new sounds with us, though we know that that just means he's hard at work producing the next great electronic track he's got up his sleeve. His most recent effort, the fabulously energetic "Let Me Go" that appeared among our favorite instrumentals of the year, engendered exceptional interest in his still-formulating sound, and today with "Minutes" we received another glimpse into the capabilities of the 17-year-old bedroom producer. The track is something "a bit different" according to SYRE, and though it does delve a bit deeper into his experimental side, it's nothing unlike his previously unique productions. SYRE has cultivated a crispily electronic sound all his own, and this unequivocal kind of freshness has resulted from each posterior effort of his. "Minutes" continues the trend with its profuse synths and studdered vocal samples, and another enticing instrumental blossoms as a product of the awesome amalgamation.
