Are we coming to a point where all these female vocalists are starting to sound the same or are we just being spoiled? Personally I would lean more towards the latter because sure it's easy to blur all the lines of everything that is coming out. But I ask you this, are you really listening to the music or just skimming through it? If this genre is not your forte of music, of course it's going to sound the same. And yea sure there is some stuff coming out that does sound the same, but there still is pop music coming out that speaks to you on that different level. For me Suvi is on the kind of level that resonates to that specific frequency of excellence. Maybe it's the production, maybe it's because she's Swedish or maybe it's just that Suvi can sing her ass off. Whatever it is, I don't care because as the old cliche goes, good music is good music.
