Broke For Free has always made music with a very relaxed vibe, often pairing up rolling melodies with quiet beats that could make even the most tightly wound of individuals loosen up a bit. His newest remix though, is something just a little different. It still displays Broke Fore Free’s production skills front and center, but now they’ve been harnessed to make a much more somber track with a slightly darker tone. “Sister Winter” isn’t a downer by any means, but it’s a great example of the range available to a producer provided he or she knows what they are doing. As it just so happens Broke For Free knows what he’s doing.
