Still Woozy is back in familiar territory on "Rocky" and that's not a complaint. Sven Gamsky's lo-fi indie-pop fingerprints are all over this one, warm fuzz, conversational vocals, and a rhythm section that bounces without trying too hard. The Bay Area artist has been consistent since day one, and this adds another strong entry to a catalog we keep coming back to.
