StéLouse has already given us an impression of what exactly his music personifies, (which is an unusual but exemplary blend of futuristic sounds and extraordinary samples). After the splendid response on the playfully nostalgic piece, “Joyride”, StéLouse has just dropped a mammoth of an EP entitled The City on DIE HIGH, and it’s seething with four downright vivacious tracks. The unquestionable emphasis is given to the opening track named “Sixteen”, as the Denver-based talent harnesses the best of the '80s through deft sampling, which in turn goes through a tube of exhilarating effects that gives rise to just the right mixture. Ross Ryan (StéLouse) has made a name for himself at an incredible clip, and this comes as no surprise at all, particularly due to his ingenious fusions and incredible flair to induce the bounciest of vibes.
