After consistently releasing excellent tracks for a few years, Jay Prince has securely established himself as one of our favorite upcoming rap artists in the entire genre, and now, he's returned to our pages alongside Los Angeles producer starRo. Their new collaborative effort is called "I Will", and it's exactly the type of smooth, laid-back hip-hop that we love to hear from both artists.
