"Water" is the second track that Australian artist Southes. has released, and if you thought that his quality was going to decline from his debut, "Filling Your Cup", think again, because "Water" is no average effort at all. With prominent, cascading production from De̊ǰa's Haxx (his hand was also involved on the aforementioned track), there's a distinctly euphoric vibe felt here. Southes.'s Justin Vernon-esque vocals swoop in and around what arrangements appear, and the track becomes one to simply escape into as a result.
