SOAK is a new singer/songwriter from Northern Ireland who's releasing her first single, "Blud", on the newly-minted CHVRCHES-created label, Goodbye Records, on March 17th. If you're expecting SOAK to mirror the pop-centric sounds of their label-owners, think again, because on "Blud", you won't find such things. Armed with an acoustic guitar and distinctly-rich vocals, it won't be out of the ordinary to envision the Irish countryside when you hear SOAK sing. "Blud" is one small taste of what she has to offer, but it's enough to grab our attention and have us applauding CHVRCHES on their A&R talents.
