We haven't seen too many pop artists mention Nine Inch Nails as one of their greatest inspirations, but New Zealand newcomer So Below is an exception. She's self-proclaimed her music "goth pop", and with what hard-edged electronic she has on her very impressive debut track, "Drift", hearing Trent Reznor's influence in the work is easy as can be. Musical inspirations aside, though, it's easy to see that this young artist is one to watch, and with her debut EP on the way, we've yet another artist from the region that we're pegging to rise up in the ranks of pop.
