Berlin-based electronic producers Rene Corbett and Aljoscha Babel (Snacks) make deliciously funky electronic tunes, as we were privy to experiencing with recently covered track "We Want Love". Their playful, dance-readying tunes call to mind acts like HONNE and Kaytranada, and "Get Me High", another standout from their recently released EP, is a great example of their groovy style. Featuring vocalist Ivar, "Get Me High" blends wonky synths with disco-inspired drums to make for a sunny listening experience with a throwback feel. It's another promising release from the up-and-comers, and the track is sure to pop up on many summer-inspired playlists as the season continues. As such, it'll be a good idea to get familiar with them and to stay tuned for more quality music they may put out. We Want Love is available for streaming and purchase in its entirety on Bandcamp.
