Sleeping At Last is the one-man project of Chicago-based artist Ryan O'Neal. He really does do it all (he sings, composes, writes, and produces all his own music), and he's been releasing music since a little after the turn of the century. Over the past few years, he's been involved with an ongoing project called "Atlas", in which he releases standalone tracks and EPs, and 2014 saw him release 30 tracks for the project and then 25 the year after that.
