Shy Girls dropping new music is a good thing. His debut EP, Timeshare, was one of the best R&B releases last year, and now with his latest work, "Renegade", we've both hints of forthcoming projects, and more importantly, new music from the outstanding Portland artist. "Renegade" picks up right where Timeshare left off with meticulous percussion and deep, low-end heavy bass contributing to its overall theme of sex-glazed R&B, so, all in all, we'd say Shy Girls is back fully in his tip-top artistic shape.
