"Silly Little Things" is the latest single from UK-based singer-songwriter Shannon Saunders—an artist who only a few months ago who dazzles us with her debut, "Sheets". It was the kind of track that signaled her arrival on the main stage of music, and now with "Silly Little Things" doing the follow-up work, Shannon's another impressive track to add to her ever-growing buzz. So often we're let down after falling in love initially with an artist, but "Silly Little Things" offers no such disappointment, as her top-notch songwriting and flawless vocals meet their match with the sitar-featured, energetic production that's featured here. It's a far cry from the status quo of pop, yet it still has all the important pop-sensibilities that's going to appeal to a wide range of listeners. To add even more, according to The Line of Best Fit's write-up, the track was written three years ago, so you can only imagine what Shannon has up her sleeve as far as more recent material goes.
