Chicagoan Shallou has already graced us with a dreamy take of Hundred Waters' "Show Me Love", and now today, we get to see the artist expose all his musical prowess on "After", another exceptional track. Shallou is sonically expressive on "After" as he is on the aforementioned piece, employing a layered foundation alongside heavy measures of chord-led synths. The vocal front, however, is the focal point here, and we're not disappointed at all as changing tenors glide flawlessly alongside the engaging instrumental behind. Shallou's forthcoming After EP is set to drop this month.
