We all need something soft to temper our music-listening outbursts, our Mondays, and life in general, and UK acoustic duo Seafret's "Give Me Something" may just fit the bill in all those regards. It's the title track of their upcoming, eponymous debut EP that's being released on September 21st through Sweet Jane Recordings, and it's certainly a step in the right direction for the two as they aim to elicit attention from the music-listening masses. Steady strums, gripping vocals, brilliant croons, and heartfelt lyrics all coalesce in the effort, and it's a phenomenal one considering especially the fact that it's the duo's fourth publicly released one (at least, according to SoundCloud). We've hope that the forthcoming EP will come to characterize the kind of soft tone so beautifully exuded here on the track, and it's best that you, too, give heed to the release if the indie-acoustic is your cup of tea.
