Having a good vocal can get your foot in a few doors, but you need the proverbial full package to really make a first impression last. Scott Quinn, a singer-songwriter from Harrogate, England, has the perfect combination of powerful, distinctly great vocals alongside purposeful songwriting, and, on "Delicate", his latest track, he's showing us he's worth paying attention to, for sure.
