There are many sides to the rapper guy we all know as Sapient. Some of those sides are the rapper, the instrumentalist & the beat maker —there is also a musical side of him where he dappers into singing. To the Sapient fan, this does not come as a surprise as we have seen this indie-electro-alternative style on previous Sandpeople projects over the years (ie. "The Dapper Mob" & "Gladys"). In fact when we did get a taste of those songs, I personally always thought that they were his best. It turns out that Sapient has been stock piling these songs and plans to release an album full of this superbly unique music. That album is Slump and will be released on Feb 19th.
