It's alright if you don't know Freddy Winter (although he's already blown us away a couple times); the guy hasn't gained as much publicity as we believe he deserves. That might be about to change, though, especially since his new remix of Sampha's "Too Much" is of the highest quality. While many remixes of the aforementioned song have surfaced, we've only really been impressed by Unlikely Futures' version, that is, until now. Once the beat sets in on this one, you might quickly be overwhelmed with an uncontrollable desire to perform a natural phenomenon referred to as "head nodding". Really, though, the smooth synths and deep bass make it almost impossible to resist nodding your head and simply vibing out to the beat. Oriental chimes and piano rolls also give the song a unique flair, and contribute fantastically to the overall feel. Needless to say, Freddy Winter is a producer that we definitely think you should keep an eye on, so go check him out if you haven't already.
