Besides Two Inch Punch and Tourist, there's yet to be one producer out there to properly represent a Sam Smith track with an uplifting remix that doesn't suffocate the greatness of the original. With the light of Subp Yao's flip of Sam Smith's "Money On My Mind" surfacing today, though, we've a new producer to add into that small list with what is a deserving-of-your-attention remix from the Dutch producer. Electing to let Sam's vocals carry the verses, Subp Yao shifts his production to the forefront (of what you could say is the chorus for this remix) with a swelling buildup of immense synths and swirling bursts of electronic energy. This is one of the best Sam Smith remixes we've heard thus far, so make sure you acclimate yourself with the effort.
