Sam Smith's debut, In The Lonely Hour, is shaping up to be one of the most iconic debuts of the last five years, just with the quality we've seen released from the album. It was just a few days ago that we saw the video release of "Leave Your Lover", and already, Sam's let loose the latest track to emerge from the body of work in "Life Support". In what sounds like production from his long-time collaborator, Two Inch Punch, "Life Support" shows Sam at his best once again, as his falsettos reach unmatched heights on the emblematic effort. It's easy to fall in love with, and doubly easy to fall into the trap of thinking that Sam's letting go of all his best material from the upcoming work; but if you're having thoughts that there won't be much leftover on the album, you better think again, because "Life Support" suggests many more marvelous things to come. In The Lonely Hour will be released in the UK on May 23rd, with the US seeing its own on June 16th. You can pre-order the album via iTunes.
