After providing SAFIA with a brilliant-but-unofficial remix of "Listen To Soul, Listen To Blues" last year, Akouo returns the favour once again in 2014 with an official remix of "Paranoia, Ghosts & Other Sounds". In what is another engaging effort from the Tasmanian producer, we see the reggae-tinged original transferred into the electronic realm on the back of Akouo's trademark springy synths and resolute percussion. It's another fine sonic showing of his, and in the event that the original work didn't have enough juice for you, fear not, because Akouo's version provides plenty.
