Up until now, Ryan Hemsworth's upstart Secret Songs label has been a haven for his friends' music, but now with the release of "Angel", the first track taken from Seattle-based producer Lucas and Ryan's new EP, Taking Flight, he's releasing music of his own on the imprint. As a first taste of the new material, too, "Angel" is exactly what's going to have people checking for it in the coming months. It's glitchy, off-center electronic with emotion infused in it, and we can only hope that more similar sounds from the project are to come.
