And already, judging by the one release we have been privy to, it wouldn't be too bold to call him a confirmed real deal. "The 97" sounds a cross between SBTRK ft Sampha and a Ryan Hemsworth remix of Frank Ocean. Ryan Ashley displays a vocal range and skill that just begs to be utilized through a multitude of different styles and we can only hope he continues to get production as great as the subtle synths in "the 97".
