There are very few people on the planet with a voice like RY X. He's pretty much the reason the word "ethereal" was invented, and the tone that comes out of him when he's singing almost needs a new word. (It really is that good.) Over the past few years, the German-born artist has made his mark on the music world with a few solo EPs and work in experimental trio The Acid. Today, though, he's sharing his debut album, Dawn, and, simply put, it's one of the most magical listens you can have. Yes, it's music that's not made for every single moment, but when you find yourself in need of music accompanying introspective moments in life, there will be few bodies of work out there that will ever work better than this.
