Rubblebucket has been in business for a few years now, and Body Language is no stranger to good music, either, so the fact that this remix is such a killer jam shouldn't come as a shock. Both bands hail from New York, so you're getting a solid mix of sounds from the Northeast, and since the original track was such a hit, Body Language's spin on the music could only make it even more awesome. The original was an amazing piece of indie-rock, to be sure, and with its quirky composition and glitchy production work, the piece was a win from start to finish. Body Language has taken that same lovable approach to music creation, but instead of launching fully into the type of asymmetric songwriting that Rubblebucket does so well, they've smoothed out the song a bit to make it more groovy and just a bit more danceable. Don't get us wrong, we love the parent track, but this version has opened up a whole new world of applications for the song, and now you'll be able to bump this pretty much anywhere you go. Both of these bands have had a great track record so far, so we were stoked to see that they teamed up, and as far as we're concerned, the remix is a complete success.
