In partitioning her planned album into two separate EPs, Los Angeles singer-songwriter Rozzi Crane left the former for her more heartfelt, personal tracks. In doing so, she’s provided us with “Jealous”, the second single release from the new endeavor, and if her voice doesn’t yet have you captivated, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how marvelous it is. There’s an electronic base to it all, and after a minute or so when her chorus picks up, you'll find that the whole track is sonically bulletproof. Rozzi has been making moves with her career recently signing with Adam Levine’s 222 Records and pumping out the Levine-featured “Painkiller” on Space (the first of the two EPs), and the second, Time, from which “Jealous” is a part, which is out now via 222 and Interscope.
