It was only one month ago that Royce Wood Junior hit our radar with his very impressive debut, "Nuff", and now to follow up his original effort is the second track, "Hardly", that will be found on his four-track debut EP, Tonight Matthew, dropping April 21st via Parlez Parlez. Along for the ride on this new track is the UK-based vocalist, Rosie Lowe, who made a name for herself last year on her debut EP, Right Thing, that saw a significant amount of success. We appreciated RWJ on the solo tip, but anytime we get double the talent output, we're going to take it, and Rosie Lowe definitely adds in wonderful ways to "Hardly".
