Roosevelt is a German artist we've have been following since singles "Sea" and "Soleil" were released four years ago. Through time, we were able witness the massive progression he has made in terms of his sound, and, finally, his self-titled full-length album, Roosevelt, is here for us to enjoy. "Fever", "Colours", "Hold On", and "Night Moves" were all pre-released singles that we have covered on the site, and his signature synth-driven sound with them has left us very impressed. However, from the new cuts we are getting from this long-awaited album, "Wait Up" and "Moving On" seem to be the two best tracks, and they are the ones that we are sharing today. The new pieces are not a whole lot different from what we usually expect from him, but, as always, they contain uncompromising quality and meticulous arrangement that borders on perfection. The vibrant production, in tandem with the contrasting melancholic vocals, create a balanced, chilled-out vibe that is perfect for the late stage of summer many are experiencing now.
