It's tough to describe the discontent one has with producers when they try to do to much with their work. You've got to respect their intimate involvement with their craft, definitely, but at times, it appears that some try and represent too many ideas within their respective bodies of work. That's not the case at all with Rook Milo's fresh "Outland" instrumental, though; it's about as interesting and smooth as an effort within the genre can get, which is definitely refreshing to hear amidst other electronic anthems that sacrifice cleanliness for chaos. It's nice to see the Vancouver creative get technical with some wonderfully integrated sampling, too, and we've really got to commend him for taking such a meticulous approach to this instrumental he just recently released.
