We'll always feel a bit of pride regarding RKCB since we were their very first SoundCloud follower and blog post, but we're very well aware that this group's fantastic sound would find success regardless of any music website's efforts. The LA-based duo absolutely hit the ground running when they released their beautiful debut effort, "Comatose", and their follow-up effort, "Baptize", continued their ascent. Both songs broke into the commendable six-digit realm in terms of plays on the aforementioned platform, and if you haven't given them a listen yet, we strongly advise that you do. After a long five months since the efforts above, Riley Knapp (producer) and Casey Barth (vocals) are finally back with a brand-new song, "Elision", that continues their flawless streak of releases. Riley introduces the track with a base of smooth, alluring synths and a mellow beat, but he doesn't wait long before sliding in plenty of complementary electronic and vocal nuances. Throughout the entire piece, Casey lets his angelic falsetto work its irresistible magic, too, and once again, his vocals and Riley's production together comprise a winning artistic recipe. It's one we hope will continue to be added to in the future, and as long as RKCB can keep maintaining this quality within their music, they'll continue to have fans flocking to their work.
