In music, the word "new" is used to different extents; sometimes the artist might be a couple weeks new, sometimes even a day or two. However, there is absolutely no greater definition of "new" than RKCB, comprised of Riley Knapp (producer) & Casey Barth (vocals) . As their first follower and sixth listen on SoundCloud, we can proudly state that we are the very first (to our knowledge) to promote the LA duo's first song, "Comatose". Their impressive debut, "Comatose", is somewhat telling of a promising future; the track possesses an electronic feel throughout, while also excellently maintaining a slow tempo. The lead vocalist places his talent in the spotlight, with a voice that fluctuates from a soporific serenade to a high-pitched croon. However, the mellow guitar and percussion remain consistent throughout, making for a hypnotically peaceful ballad. So feel free to relax for a minute while enjoying the first-ever offering from RKCB.
