With an EP already released and a high-profile feature on Jazz Cartier's last project, Toronto's River Tiber is becoming an artist rising fast in the world of R&B. The guy is a serious talent, and one listen to his vocal is all you need to know this. Currently, River's gearing up to release his debut album (it'll be out this spring), and building more hype for it today isDaniel Caeser-featuring cut "West" that sees the two trading syrupy, soulful verses over the seductive beat behind.
