Torontonian musician River Tiber fascinated us with his vocal-led poignancy on "The City", and while that was quite a while ago, the talent has soared over time, as he now prepares to drop his sophomore EP, When The Time Is Right, later this month. Having released a couple pieces from the forthcoming project already, the most recent one here, "Let You Go", is certainly the most impressive of the lot, as it has eminent execution on all musical fronts. Tommy Paxton-Beesley's (River Tiber) delivery on the track possesses a melancholic and touching tone that's helped by unhurried tempos, and nuanced layering throughout. Tiber's upcoming EP comes out September 16.
