Rione is a West Coast-residing act that's got a sole, four-month old piece to their name entitled "Movin On", and while it's racked up a decent number of plays so far, we still feel that there are a number of ears that need to indulge in the elegant blend of R&B and electronic put forth by it. There's not much lacking on any of the aforementioned sonic wings here, as smooth, upright keys lead the instrumental beside the lead vocalist's enticing deliveries and crafty pitch-shifting inclusions. A cameo hip-hop appearance slides its way in, too, as the supporting emcee spits a timely and effortless verse to give the piece a recognizable, well-rounded character.
