"Wasted" from latest Melbourne upstart RINI slipped has slipped by us for about a month, and, though it serves as the act's debut release, there are some seriously soothing sounds embedded within. The underlying synth the act employs is as warming as the vocals surrounding it, and when a verse from Vince Valentino kicks in, the RINI's tones take a backseat to reveal the production marvels at hand. We're not too sure where RINI is headed with his career, sonically speaking, but we're certainly optimistic of what's to come ahead, and we'll make sure to keep eyes and ears on the act from here on out.
