Refs has made quite the cycle back the past few months after a considerable hiatus since "Pain Goes Away", and, after his soaring, pop-leaning singles, he's back with another absorbing cut called "Fool". Taking a different approach compared to prior work, the mellower production on it accompanies his melancholic and liberating tones beautifully, and it all creates an incredibly engaging listen overall.
