For the Atlanta-based, poet/singer, Raury, it's been artists such as Andre 3000, Bon Iver, Kid Cudi and Michael Jackson who have helped to shape his path musically. And as displayed on his new track, "God's Whisper", it's clear that Raury has grown up acting like a musical sponge, absorbing some of music's best. With no clear-cut genre to throw this effort of his into, you're forced to throw out any preconceived expectations, thus allowing the song to take on its own shape inside your head.
